Clos Guirouilh Jurançon Sec 2013

Clos Guirouilh Jurançon Sec 2013

22.40 32.00

While known for their sweet wines, Jurançon is often forgotten about and few ever try their dry wines. In fact, by law they must appear with “sec” (dry) on the label to help differentiate them from their dessert wine counterparts.

TASTING NOTES: Smells of sweet, yeasty lemon zest, green apple flesh, and a hint of sour Fino sherry vibrate with acidity that is so strong and zippy, it almost behaves like tannin, slowly drying out your mouth. Wild shit.

PAIRINGS: Light fish, oysters, shrimp, and creamy goat cheeses.

Jurançon, France from January 2018
