Reenen Borman Patatsblanc 2017

Reenen Borman Patatsblanc 2017

13.30 19.00

South African winemaking dates back to the 1600s, but due to boycotts and export issues during apartheid, the industry there is still in its infancy, and winemakers are still learning about the region’s terroir. This white is a perfect example of the quality emerging from this budding region.

TASTING NOTES: Aromas of popcorn kernels and white flowers burst from the glass, while yellow apples, nuts, and oatmeal fill the palate.

PAIRINGS: Chicken breast, tapas, seafood & mussels.

Montagu, South Africa from February 2019
